There is a lot of stress in human life, from what I hear, a lot medical conditions are also caused by stress. What is the solution? How can you relieve stress? I believe most of you would agree that the best way to relieve stress is to either rest or meditate. But consider this, another way to relieve stress is to change your perception! Sit back, and look at the situation that is the root cause of havoc in your life from a different point of view.
